Wanting a hat?… get it from any place and any device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), follow these three simple steps to order:

1. Choose the products you want to order by placing the items in your shopping cart (the online order is available 24 hours a day). Check the “Sizing Guide” section to determine your correct size.
2. Choose the payment method you want to use (TC, Debit Card or Paypal). Note: When you use your credit or debit card or Paypal to shop at hatsbyhand.com, your transaction is secure, and your privacy is protected, because the servers use encryption technology, which protects your personal information.
3. Provide an address and a telephone number for your delivery destination.

When you place an order online, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. You will receive your order number on the order confirmation page. Be sure to register this number and have it on hand in case you have questions about your order.

Orders are processed the same day we receive them and are usually shipped the next day. We will send you an email confirmation of your order.

Changes in orders: As orders are shipped the next day, you only will have this time to change your order, however, if we have not yet sent your order, you can request a change in your order. If you have just sent your order online, contact us at info@hatsbyhand.com and be sure to include your full name, address and email, as well as your order confirmation number. Provide complete details about the information you would like to correct or change. When we have made the change of your order, we will send you a confirmation by email.

If we can not change your order, we will notify you by email. After receiving your order, you can apply our “Return Policy ALWAYS with Benefits for Youâ€.
