Case 1 – Product sent is not the one requested by the Client: In the event that it is verified that the product sent by byhandz.com is not the one requested by the client in the Order, regarding SIZE, MODEL, MATERIAL and/or COLOR, we will send the product initially requested without any additional cost for you, and even the client will not be requested to return the product initially sent.

Case 2 – Product sent is correct, but the Client wants another size: If it is verified that the product sent was the one requested by the client, but still want for example another size of the same product, a discount of $15.00 that will be applied on the next purchase of the same product, but for example in a different size (same material, model and color) and even the customer will not be requested to return the product initially sent.

The maximum time accepted by byhandz.com for both cases is 15 days from the date of delivery of the product.

It is really important, that you send us your correct hat size, to get the correct size, we offer you our detailed Sizing Guide.

Why we do not request the hat be returned? Because like we said, our Return Policy ALWAYS wants the best benefit for you, the cost of the two shipping (Shipping 1: to return the hat. Shipping 2: to send you the other hat) will be more expensive compared if you purchase the product again, and even we will give you $15.00 of discount.
